It's winter, I'm hibernating :3

This is my excuse for eating too much at the Christmas lunch.

There is no need for an excuse at Christmas! :D
It's like the one lunch of the year where you can just gorge to the point of bursting and fall asleep all afternoon on the sofa without having to justify it. Then wake up in the evening and eat turkey sandwiches and (if you're so inclined) eat chocolate and watch a shitty movie or two.

You have to eat ALL the THINGS at Christmas. It's the law!

Evening? Pfft! You have to wake up in the middle of the night to read that new book you got and gorge again while everyone else is asleep :D Btw can anyone help out a bit? When asked, my brothers adorable 3-year-old told he wanted "a blue present". What in the.. what is that :D

Just got home from an awesome (and long) new year's celebration with some of my best friends. Lots of awesome and hilarious conversations.

And I just won monopoly for the first time. Hotels on the 5 most expensive lots for the win! 8)

It is currently 4:18 AM. I think I've gone and developed insomnia, so I'm browsing the internet and listening to Windir while I think about trying to go to sleep or just wasting more time because I have to wake up in 3 hours anyway.

LIFE.

I know that one, been doing some of that myself recently. It'll be well worth it for you though I'm sure.

I'm sat at work with a terrible hangover, this day is gonna be slow...

Just got back from seeing The Phantom of the Opera, and woah, it was actually really good. I didn't like the film much, and I don't like musicals in general... but this, woaaaah. Good stuff. Lots of awesome singing and amazing stage effects.

My awesome aunt and cousin bought me the ticket and a nice meal at a steak restaurant. Totally awesome, and a nice break between my exams. Awesome people are awesome.

...Now, because they are Norwegian-Canadian, my mind is currently narrated with a Canadian accent with the occasional 'ja'.

Watching cricket on TV, in a hotel room by Sydney airport. Had to travel for a night for work. First time I've been away for work overnight and I miss my family, tedious as it sounds. Wish I could say it's fun to have a "night off" but it's not that thrilling, especially as I don't want to spend the money on consumables that would make it enjoyable!

Still, will do my best to have a good night of relaxation and sleep, rather than moan!
