Last night, my brain depicted me knelt down in my kitchen putting suncream in a certain Dutch lady's tummy button for hours and hours and hours. And while she was laughing, I kept repeating "This is weird". And it was.

I was late for my up-coming job interview. And I was totally freaking out because I had to figure out the public transportation and my phone wasn't working and things kept getting in the way - and time was moving SLOWLY - like, I had 5 minutes to get there, but the interim felt like hours and hours. Ugh. Total anxiety dream.

My 2 1/2 year old niece kept telling me she didn't want to grow up. When I explained it meant she could do roller derby, she was cool with it.

I never remember my dreams by the time I get here, but I just woke up from a large nap, so..

I had two dreams, both involving cyclones! Surprise. Well a cyclone was coming and I was helping an old man get a horse trailer up a bumpy mountain to safety. There was a dilapidated, really thin section in the road and we didn't know if we'd make it. We tried, but nearly dying several times we decided to wait til we had a new plan. Suddenly, a cowboy/outlaw appears and offered to 'help', however I didn't know if I should trust him or not because he seemed very sly although eager to help. We were stalled because I couldn't decide on trusting him, so we decided to plant vegetables (?). Suddenly we noticed a cottage built into the side of the mountain, but it didn't seem anyone was inside. Suddenly, a large black woman comes outside, nearly crying, and snatches up all the vegetables. She puts them in multiple rice steamers hanging from her clothesline and makes the best turnip soup ever. Turns out she really loved turnips and hadn't seen any in years.

In the other dream, we got told another cyclone was coming and to evacuate to the local church, which was the local church I went to in Perth as a kid. Most of the people going there were elderly or in need of assistance, however anyone was welcome. I was nearly in tears because I knew it was the safest place and I would have to leave my adorable, very well behaved blonde-haired blue-eyed baby son there (irl I am 18, dark hair, dark eyes and definitely do not have a son :P) however I felt I shouldn't stay there with him although I desperately wanted to. A lot of people from my work were helping to set up the church, and I went to a shopping mall where two friends of mine on a bench seat confused my son with my real-life brother. Then I tried to convey my feelings about leaving my son at the church to my mother, but when trying to talk about him could not remember his name. She asked if I was talking about "Smaek" (?) (Like 'smoke', but pronounced differently) and although the name didn't fit him at all I immediately remembered that was his name. I think I woke up before I decided what to do.. :?

I dreamt about my wintercoat that I got for my job since the weather is quite horrible here. I was wearing it and someone asked me my name and I told them "you could see my name here if I had a nametag but I haven't yet had time to put one on."

I had the most mundane dreams within dreams going on. I might have been 3 Inception layers deep, but the bottom layer was having a get together with fictional people that exist nowhere outside of that dream.

I dreamt I was Batman last night, mostly driving around and arresting people; local metal shops I frequent were also there, only they doubled as after hours brothels. And there was a drive thru brothel in competition with the others that had landmines out the front in a devious plot to kill anyone who wanted to visit.

I'm currently sitting in 'Recurring nightmare' town.

I'm in pitch-black. I ask "Where am I?" and a voice replies, (I think it's my voice.) "You already know."
"I am nowhere. Where can I go?"
"You already know."
"I can go nowhere. So, why do I stay here?"
"You already know."
"Because I refuse to leave."
And then I literally fall to pieces, and wake up.

Hooray!

This thread isn't dead yet :D .

Had the strangest dream last night.

I was at work and suddenly out of nowhere, Robin Williams pops up and chats with everyone . He then decided to bring his family around for a massive dose of talking and laughter. Basically, we all gathered around and talked about how good he is as a comedian :D .

But the whole thing was just so bizarre and surreal. It really felt like it was actually happening and not a dream. Ah well, thats the joy of dreams, letting your crazy fantasies come to life in your head.

A bunch of (kind of, but not really) mates chilling back at my house after all attending the Devy gig (these people weren't actually there at the real show). Then my best mate ate some corn flakes with a pair of plyers.

I've had these series of recurring cliched dreams about not having turned in final assignment or studying for the final exam in college level courses that always seem to take place at my old high school, for like... the past 4 years.

Since I've been finished with university since August of last year, I can't really figure out why at this point other than a feeling of unfinished business.

That is funny. I've had a series of recurring dreams for the past 10 years about a boy (Billy Kendra) from grade school who was a total dweeby nerd who liked me, and even though I was a total dweeby nerd all through school I was so desperate to be popular (which never happened) that I blew him off all the time. Anyway, I have dreams that he is dead. Karma, I guess. If you are here somewhere Billy (because you are exactly the type of person who would like Devin Townsend), I apologize.
