I hate to keep inundating you all with me (Not really, I am absurdly egocentric sometimes ), but today was my oft-delayed big family celebration of my gradumutation into an adult.

Haha no, that's Flo. She's basically my rock in every way that is not romantic. It's one of those cases that we just know far far too much about each other for either of us to ever be compatible, but she's a doll and my best friend in the universe. It's bizarre, I never thought I could be so happy with a platonic friendship for so long, we've been just as close for the last 4 years, and she's my family as far as I'm concerned. Hell, we've gone on probably close to 20 double dates.

The babysitter is a cool girl, but I don't really think I see too much future in that (too complicated with the whole family being invested), but I do think we'll become fairly good friends.

Oh is she your non-girlfriend? I have a non-boyfriend I go on non-dates with. Then when we get drunk we pretend we're a married couple and start fighting. It's awesome.

But yeah, the time of year I go to festivals is when warm water's £3 a bottle and dust mats are actually down for dust.

That's my Fernandes Nomad Deluxe. Love that little thing. Has built in effects and drums patterns. I can just noodle on that thing all day long.

I suspect it does. That's what the 'ear' of the elephant is.

Oh yeah, it has a built in amp/speaker with a bunch of presets, and amp settings and effects can all be tweaked and adjusted. Has a built in tuner, and jacks for headphones and external amps as well. It's a great little guitar, but was discontinued a few years back.

I bet it also comes with a coffee maker and a rocket launcher.
