Buying records you haven't heard yet is definately more exciting.

I do download music tho, because is cheap, and I am cheap. We're a good match
And just to punish myself, I convert all the music I download to 128kbps MP3, the CDs I own I have ripped at 320.
But I have to admit it's good to actually own music. I've found that out when my harddisk died...

well, when I gotta pay up to 18 Euros for a CD then it is nice to hear it before in good quality instead of just buying it and regretting it 2 days later. I bought way over 20 CD's just in April....so I doubt the music industry can blame me for anything
