I feel your pain, I'm across the way in Derby; last time I checked my name was Mika, not duck.
Still, I'm from Cambridgeshire and despite attending a crappy school, still manage to sound 'Cambridge educated'

Waiting for my friend to come over so we can play point-and-click adventure games and watch anime (based on videogames). It's a wonder I'm not still a virgin.

That vid always cracks me up...OH HE'S SO YOUNG!

I am currently battling the latter half of a bottle of plonk with my sibling, trying to figure out how to use ZBrush.

Listening to my favorite Replacements ('mats) album which is considered a mediocre one by any "true fans"

Worrying about people I care about and their troubles, as I am wont to do, but sitting back and sipping a sweet drink and letting work just kinda happen today.

Being tired and drained and about to go to bed ready for another long (but hopefully much better) day tomorrow. Praying I'll be able to bring mum back home from the hospital for some decent care and r&r soon. Sigh.

For those of you who know already, thank you so much for your support. I really, really appreciate it.
Love you guys. Take care of yourself and your families. <3

All the best Steph, there's nothing more important than the health of your loved ones. Everything else is trivial. Hope it's all good from here on in.

Thank you, my lovelies.

Called the ward this morning and she's had a good night under sedation and plenty of morphine (tripping baaaalls!) but still don't know what's wrong yet, so I'm catching the next train over for when visiting starts. Take it easy :)
