maybe it'S different from region to region. I have not heard anything about the German version's release being delayed.

The family bought a Wii. I have little interest in the console, really. However, MARIO KART. Plus I had a game of that Smash Brothers Brawl thing a while ago and it was fun enough...

Also I may finally buy Arkham Asylum in the sales when I'm in town tomorrow... There's a hole in my spending thanks to I Am Alive disappearing off the radar again.

Dude there's plenty to play on the system (and hey I'm not even getting paid by Nintendo right now to tell you that) it's just that you have to navigate the sea of shit because Nintendo does almost no PR for their quality but not super mainstream items.

To be honest I'd rather spend my money on games for my PS3... Which I won't have to consider sharing...

Fable 2 is a good reason to buy one though! Played through it for a second time now. It's a lot of fun.
Also flew through Mass Effect 1 again before Mass Effect 2 is released. I still didn't hear anything about the CE being delayed here. So I'm still hoping that I have it by the end of next week.

oh and I actually like the Wii. It may be last gen technically but there's some fun games for it. I actually have as many games for my Wii as I do for my PS3. But lots more 360 games than both my Wii and PS3 games combined, heh

Only 1 full day left until Mass Effect 2. I feel a streak of serious counter-productiveness coming up.

ME2 finished downloading yesterday, spent all day today trying to make it work, updated all thinkable drivers and tried different cracks. Seems I am not destined to have ME2.

I think it is that good...and don't worry, I never had the old XBOX so I didin't play the first one either. It's like the Zelda games, you don't really need any other Zelda game to play one or understand the story. There's just sooo much you can do in that game aside from just the regular combat and 'find this and that'. And there's a lot of crazy humor in it too.

plus: in which other game do you get an achievent for having an orgy?

I must admit I liked the original Fable alot more than the sequel. I feel they went in the wrong direction of improving it, focusing on all the small silly things instead of a great story line. It doesn't disappoint though, but I really wish it was longer... Now just waiting for Fable 3. King-ness, fuck yeah.
