Fighting with bass guitar to conceive/record better bassline for one of my myspace's pieces of crap. Bass wins so far, I'm helpless. I have no idea how I picked this hobby.

So when I finish uni, scrap enough moolah together for a gaff, I'll get a huge fuck-off one on my back.

Im studying colour at the moment, and realising its a lot more interesting than I had preivously thought...

Humans can't see unsatruated versons of colours such as pink, magenta and some purples. The only way we see them is when mixed in with other wavelengths of other colours...

Which makes me wonder if we could see the true colour of it, how much different could it potentially be...

Did you know the sky is blue because blue wavelength are the only ones that can travel the distance that can be seen by the naked eye? If we could see the entire colour spectrum it would actually look more violet, hence UV rays yaddayadda.

I often wonder if my interpretation of colour is the same as someone else's, and if theirs is the same as someone else etc. How else could we prove it? What you think is orange could be blue to the next person.

I tried to explain this theory in a lecture to a (deeply religious/thick) Catholic girl, as why the grey table in the middle of the room isn't necessarily grey, it's just grey in the light we see it in.
