calming down after having an argument with a double glazing salesman who:
- disturbed my dinner
- started the conversation with "it's ok, I'm not selling anything so you don't need to get your husband to see me off" - an insult on two levels as it was a blatant lie, and implied that I'm incapable of getting rid of someone I don't want on my property without the assistance of a man
- repeatedly lied to me about not selling anything
- asked me if I owned the house - again insulting my intelligence to suggest that I'm going to give away valuable marketing information for free
