Brokencyde.
Paramore
Avril fucking Lavbnekfnw. (Sorry, too much rage to remember how to spell her name.)
Lady Gaga.
N Dubz.

Double on Brokencyde or any of that crunk-core nonsense. That is some of the worst shit I have ever heard in my life.

Your list is amazing, Amber. I wholeheartedly agree.

I love them

I cannot stand the Red Hot Chili Peppers at all. They're probably the most anoying band ever invented. Not that the music is bad, I don't hate them, it's just an extreme matter of taste.

+ Beyonce, Chris Brown, Tokio Hotel and Rihanna = 5

uh, whut? Duz not compute.

One of the great benefits of being old is that the only one on Amber's list I even remotely know is Avril fucking whatever.

Whoever said Phil Collins I wholeheartedly agree with. Fine as a drummer. Gabriel-era Genesis is fine and his playing on Eno's albums is great. When he opens his mouth... no. I am moderator of the entire music section on another forum and summarily delete the accounts of anyone who even mentions the horrid bald runt.

My distaste has died somewhat in recent years (maybe I've mellowed, or maybe I'm just too tired).

Good Charlotte
Shania Twain
Celine Dion
Ashlee Simpson (or any of those tween-appeal types like Miley Cyrus - I really like good pop music, but this is just pure marketing masquerading as music)
Creed - It's the voice... Oh my God, that horrible, horrible voice.

I'm sure their mothers love them all.

Or her father, in Ms Montana's case...

I'm gonna hold off on raging in here because I'm in a good mood today! When I'm feeling foul I'll go mental. :D

Since I can't narrow this down to just five (so much rage for a lad in his early twenties) I'm just going to say 95% of mainstream pop from the last 10 years pretty much takes the cake over anything else.
