How is that Sunn O))) album? I've heard good things but I've never heard them at all. Ayeron is also on my "i need to hear this soon" list especially after Dev and Mike from Opeth did vocals on their new record.

I really like the Sunn O))) album, but I have friends who hate it. It pushes doom to the extreme end of the genre for being soooo slow and heavy! There are 3 tracks, the first being 25 mins long and quite a head-fuck with cool samples. The second track reaches more of a riff based peak, while the third track does seem to go nowhere! 
There are not really any vocals, and you need to be in the right sort of mood to want to play this album, but it depends very much on whether you like that sort of music. I would recommend it as well worth giving a try
