But that still doesn't solve the problem that it mutes unedited human voice.
That is still the autotune backing vocals on helium that you hear on that video
If you listen a clip of someone speaking, it's just.. nothing.
No sound comes out.
It's unbelievable.

On my computer, among the icons in the bottom right hand corner, there's an ugly one looking kind of like an amp' or something, it's the soundcard control (realtek on my comp, yours may be a different brand and so a different icon), if I click on it I have access to some equalizer, pitch shifting and karaoke options (it's a fake karaoke that just mutes the "middle" part of the sound, where the voice and bass are most of the time, which may explain your "no voice" problem, and also the autotune thing, as maybe most of the real voice is muted, and what you hear is just the "outside" part of the voice that have a low sample rate).
If it's not that, I don't know
