I need a program to put my pictures in one file. Recommendations? It should be free.

The GIMP? It's a free image editor, originally for Linux/Unix, but currently also available for Windows. It's free and has pretty much the capabilities of Photoshop. http://www.gimp.org/

I got delayed and in the end I wasn't even able to get all the people on my pics to sign them...but...well it's better than nothing. I think it'll do fine as a present, I also wrote "some thoughts" down on paper and suddenly it became 5 pieces of A4 paper full of text. (message to monga - even if it's written by me for the Dev, you may read it as well if you want to just so we can evade the situation of you reading it and may be feeling bad afterwards, wondering whether you better shouldn't have )
