I just recently got over an illness (I think) although I don't feel 100% yet I feel much better than yesterday. but gah, I haven't got a clue how to play guitar the way I used to -_-. I can't even three string sweep at the moment

anyway, I felt like complaining about it =]

well, I really need to learn this solo I made up, because it fits PERFECTLY with everything I've made for this song, and I just can't get this shred right and it's SO PAINFULLY ANNOYING! I'll get down to the third string and mess up. mainly because it's a pick the other way to what I started, and I could do with practising a picking change, or i could be very sneaky and do a very quick double pick and then continue...hmmm _-=ups distortion so no one will notice=-_ =]

i know the feeling
i haven't played the drums in 3 years, and it's terrible, it's gonna be a major frustration when i go back

and when i compose, i can rarely play the drumparts i write down right away

do some warm up exercises

Could be worse, you could be like me and feel that way every time you play
